		<description><![CDATA[Very interesting post and I liked that last question. Over my long career  my best learning came from interaction with people I did not agree with /could not get along with. It made me reflect on what I was doing and making changes if necessary. It is of course fun to be with people you like and get on with but they are less likely to challenge you.]]></description>
