I did eat frog's legs once, eeb. A friend of mine bought them in a restaurant and freaked out when he got them. Naturally, I couldn't see the food go to waste...pretty tasty, those legs.

They tasted like 'not enough chicken'.

I hope you get through the f(r)og. Take hold of what's most important and focus on that until the situation takes a more manageable shape. Be strong and say 'no' to some things, if necessary. It's tempting to want to do it all, but not even I have the appetite for TOO many frogs...

wow.. it totally fits my sitch now. i feel paralysed by the number of things i have to do and that has spilled into every area of my life. my course work is shoddy and my head is in a total frog.. i mean fog.

i shall try to make reasonable lists and take bite size pieces.

the only way to eat a frog is to take one bite at a time. (sorry, i really like frogs.)

Yeah, its typical to be anxious get on frayed nerves once in a while, particularly when faced with mounting pressures. Nonetheless, there are times when despite proper self-motivation, you just can't seem to put yourself to calm down. Most likely, there are biological issues at hand that is fueling your anxiety. It wouldn't be good to take antidepressants for this. But then counseling, when complemented by natural remedies can help soothe out tension, calm down irritable behaviors and eliminate anxious behaviors. Great tips you got here btw!
